Liquid Wrench is very good. then lightly tap on the screw just enough to set up a viberation. Don't use a long handle wrench, use a short handle. The long handle has too much spring in it, and all the energy is used up in the spring action handle.. sometimes it helps to try to tighten it first,just enough to crack the corossion. One tap with a hammer usually does it. If this doesn't work, use an impact wrench. If you're working on cars, your friends are probably doing the same thing.
